Wood Products

The company has a wood division which supplies standard wooden structures, with the entire frame and trusses, made of Canadian wood. However, the cladding on the roof and all walls are steel – of varying thickness, depending on needs. These structures have a solid history in the Agriculture sector. Uses include storage sheds, shops, equipment storage, cattle sheds, calving operations, forage stores, etc.

We firmly believe in a solid Fire-Safe steel structure. The difference with the Wood Division is only the inside of the building – it is 100% wooden. Using wood, you lose the advantages of steel, its’ warranty, and resistance to effects of Mother Nature (including the Fire Safe Design). In most cases, steel is the same price as wood. However, wood requires less foundation support and less design work.
